Makeup
If your teen girl is old enough to wear makeup (and the parents allow it) then you can get her some of this for a $10 budget. You can get her lip gloss, eye shadow, blush and more. You will often find entire sets for this price.
Hair accessory
A lot of teen girls like to do their hair very nicely. In 2010, headbands with big fabric flowers are very popular. They have many clips that have crystals and other embellishments on them. If you shop at an inexpensive source such as Ross, then you can often find many different types of hair pieces that would be in this price range. Even many dollar stores like The Dollar Tree have hair accessories, so you can potentially make an entire hair gift basket for this price!
Wallet
Your teen girl might enjoy a wallet. They have these with different styles and designs like butterflies.
Apparel
Even with $10 you can often find some clothing. They sell t-shirts, pajamas and other pieces within this range. Make sure that you know her size. There are also other accessories like scarves, gloves and hats that may come in within this budget.
Purse
A teen girl might like a purse in which to carry items.
Magazine or book
Some of the teen girl magazines are very inexpensive, and you may be able to get her an entire subscription for $10 (they often make money on their advertising). She might also like a fictio or non-fiction book that is geared towards girls of her age.
