If you are going on a cruise, you will find many different destinations from which to choose. These will range in price and scope. The following are some of the top destinations.
Bahamas
You will find many cruises that go to the Bahamas. This is good in that it is relatively close to the Florida ports, so you can make it there in very little time and on a relatively short cruise if your budget is tight. There is a lot of shopping and sightseeing that one can do in the Bahamas. In the Predator Lagoon, you can see sea animals such as sharks. You can swim with dolphins or go parasailing. You can explore exciting Nassau.
Mexico
A lot of people choose to go on a cruise to Mexico. You can go to exciting places such as Cabo San Lucas, Acapulco and Puerta Vallarta. This might be especially great for someone who is looking for romance such as a newlywed couple. You can go on excursions such as snorkeling, bird watching, horseback riding and exploring the beautiful shores and waterways of this beautiful country.
Alaska
A cruise to Alaska can provide a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Of course these do not go year round, so you will have to make sure that it fits in with your schedule. You can see some of the most fascinating land on earth as well as beautiful ocean and land life. You can take a helicopter ride to some ice fields. You can take a guided tour of the Inside Passage in Ketchikan or view the breathtaking Hubbard Glacier.
Hawaii
A lot of people like to go to Hawaii on a cruise. These islands are rich with culture and you can see authentic Hawaiian dancing. You can enjoy excursions in the water. You can visit Oahu and Maui and watch surfers or just take in the lush landscape. You can go swimming and snorkeling or just walk along the sandy beaches.
Europe
A lot of people choose to cruise around Europe. For instance, you could visit Paris and go up the Eiffel Tower. You can see history come alive in Athens and Rome. You could look at Dublin or Stockholm. Different cruises mix and match the different ports so look for one that is of interest to you.
