Even if you do not know an entire routine you may be able to string together different moves to get your heart rate up to provide a cardiovascular benefit. Alternatively, you can bring out a portable DVD player or a computer and play a DVD fitness video so that you can follow along. You may not have room in your home to do this so the backyard may be perfect. You can be outside but still be in the privacy of your own backyard.
Jogging
Those who have a very large backyard may actually be able to do some jogging in it. You may be able to run around your house or around the perimeter of your backyard. You may not be able to run very fast, however, you still might be able to get your heart rate up enough for it to count as cardio exercise.
Free weights
