Simple Patriotic 4th of July Table Decorations
Many people like to decorate their tables in a patriotic manner for the Fourth of July. It may be your personal table or it could be for a party. Of course many also prefer something easy and simple. The following patriotic table decorations are some to consider.
Simple vase with red, white and blue flowers
You can buy very inexpensive vases at the dollar store. You can then purchase some red, white and blue flowers. Carnations are very inexpensive, and are often available in these colors near the Independence Day holiday. You can just put a few in each vase for a simple and yet meaningful look. If you do not want to have to worry about taking care of them or if you want something that will last (such as if you run a restaurant) then you can get fake flowers like this. In either case, if you get a glass vase you can fill it with red, white and blue marbles for an added look.
You can also scatter red, white and blue flower petals on the tables. You will often find fake versions of these, and they can look unique and pretty.
Use glitter paint to make fireworks on tablecloths
If you have purchased disposable tablecloths, then you can purchase some glitter paint and just draw out simple fireworks. This can look very pretty and striking and yet take you no more than a minute or two. You can make them all different colors or stick with one color such as gold.
Fourth of July confetti
Near the Fourth of July holiday, you will usually be able to buy patriotic confetti. Some of them say “Happy Fourth of July holiday” whereas others look like miniature fireworks. You can spread these everywhere.
Red, white and blue candles
Candles can make for a beautiful centerpiece for a table. You will usually find these in all different colors. You can have a combination of those that are red, white and blue. You can light them if you would like. If it is a tea light candle holder and you do not want real fire then you can also purchase some flickering LED “candles” that look real.
Patriotic pinwheels
You will usually be able to buy patriotic pinwheels this time of year. You can get a vase and put them in one. This would be especially nice if the event is outdoors so the pinwheels can spin.
