You will have your choice of practically the entire world when choosing your travel destination. There are many great places to visit, and you will need to consider your budget and what you would enjoy. The following are some of the top travel destinations.
New York City
A lot of people choose to visit New York City for their vacation. There is much to see and do in this city that never sleeps. You can visit the Empire State Building. You can go to see the Statue of Liberty and see what brought hope to many. You can go shopping at famous destinations such as Tiffany’s. You can visit Times Square. You can catch fireflies in Central Park. You can catch a Mets or Jets game. You can get a taste of culture at Chinatown. Of course there are many great events throughout the year such as the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade or the ball dropping on New Year’s Eve.
Orlando
One of the biggest travel destinations in the entire world is Orlando, Florida, and its surrounding areas. You can visit the world famous Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom. This is fun for both children and adults with many rides and shows. These parks feature characters from many of the Disney movies such as the Little Mermaid. Walt Disney World also offers EPCOT, which is an educational theme park. They have rides that focus on the history of technology. They have an area called the World Showcase where you feel like you are in another country such as China, Japan, Canada and more. If you like the movies, then you might enjoy Disney’s Hollywood Studios or Universal Studios. You can go on The Great Movie Ride or Star Tours and feel like you are in the movies. If you like animals, then Animal Kingdom might be the place for you. You can go on a pretend safari with live animals. You can also view different musical numbers.
In addition to the major theme parks there are many smaller attractions in Orlando. You can go to the Green Meadows Petting Farm where the children can handle and feed real animals, ride a train and even milk a cow! There are also dinner theaters like Arabian Nights and Medieval Times. There are numerous hotels and restaurants.
There are many great travel destinations for people of all ages, preferences and budgets. Consider the above destinations when deciding what is right for you.
