Group exercise class
An exercise class is a great way to work out and be surrounded by people who are doing the same thing. Many gyms offer such classes, and they’re designed for people with different abilities and skills. Some are made for novices, while others offer more advanced exercises. Some incorporate specific elements such as spinning, dance-based aerobics and kickboxing. The instructor is there to motivate you and help explain how to do the right moves. You can also socialize with your classmates before and after the class and make new friends.
Sports
There are many sports that you can play with other people; they help you get exercise and provide social interaction. For instance, you could play a fast game of racquetball or tennis. You could race each other on a track. You could play volleyball or soccer. The important thing to remember is that whatever you do you should incorporate cardio, which is good for you heart. For this type of exercise you need to keep your heart rate elevated for a certain amount of time, so a fast-paced team sport is best.

You can join a group that goes jogging together. These are all over the country. Some meet at tracks while others run throughout the neighborhood. This is great for someone who loves to run but does not want to do it alone.
Fitness boot camp
There are many fitness boot camps that are good for people who want to push themselves. These tend to be intense classes where you go from one harsh exercise to the next. You may run, do pushups, do sit ups or perform other exercises. You usually have the option to pay either per class or for a series of classes.
There are many opportunities to work out with other people. Of course you could also just find a workout buddy or a personal trainer and go to the gym with that person. No matter what you do, you will see numerous health benefits from your group exercise routine.
