If you are a writer, then you can write various items during your work break that might be later used to help you make money. For instance, if you write books, then you can work on that while on your break. You might write articles for a newspaper or magazine. There are many different places that will pay you for your writing, and you can spend the time during your breaks working on that.
Work more
If you have a job that is based on commission or the amount of work that you get done, then you can work more during your breaks in order to earn money. You can skip your breaks to increase your productivity and pad your income.

You may have a home-based business that you can work on during your breaks. For instance, if you are a graphic designer and do freelance work, then you can bring your personal laptop into your office and then work on that then. Of course, make sure that no one thinks that you are working on your business during company time. You can always sit in your car and work on it there if you would feel more comfortable.

If you have something that you know is only going to take a few minutes, then you might be able to run to the person’s home and quickly do it.
