One of the best and least expensive ways to exercise in the home is to get a fitness DVD. They make DVDs that cover all different levels and types of exercise. You can get something light and fun for a novice. You can get something quick and exciting like Zumba. They make a lot with famous people, who can help to motivate you. All you need is a television with a DVD player and enough room.
