Potpourri can smell very nice. You will find many different types, and you can look around for a scent that you really like. They will often come in decorative bags or plates. They can provide both a beautiful smell and a lovely piece as well.
Fresh flowers
If you want to bring the festivity of nature into your home, then you can get some sweet smelling flowers. They can be cut flowers that you put into a vase such as lilies. They sell many different scented candles that smell quite nicely. These may smell with or without burning. They even make flameless candles that smell nicely as well.
Wood from the fireplace
Wood can have a wonderful smell, and reminds many of the warmth of the home during the winter and beautiful holiday season. This can make a very nice background aroma for your home.
