Make your bulletin board look like the ocean. You can use blue cellophane to represent the sea. Make it seem realistic with a small stick on light for the sun in the sky. Place a small music player that replicates the sounds of water lapping. Now you need to attach the fish and other items that swim in the form of stuffed animals, photographs, or drawings.
