Scrapbook Page Ideas Beach Theme

No matter whether you go to the beach often or you have never been, this can make a fun theme for a scrapbook page. There are many things to put in such a page. Consider the following.
Use a creative background
There are many ways to make a fun background for a beach-themed scrapbook page. You can take an actual beach ball and cut it up to fit as the background of the page. You can put glue down and get sand to line the bottom of your page, you can also buy scrapbook paper that already has this theme such as one that has a picture of the water or a beach on it. You can also just use a plain colored background if you want your items to stand out more, or you can also use a fun border such as a ribbon that has beach balls printed on it.
Put in photographs from your time at the beach
If you have been to the beach then photographs of this time can be fun. You can show your kids playing in the water, you can show the sandcastle that they seemingly spent forever making, you can put in one big photograph, or put in a whole bunch of different ones.
Place in items that you got from the beach
You might want an actual memento to make the beach scrapbook page come alive. If you collected small shells, then you can glue these to your page. You can even put in a leaf from a palm tree.
Put in beach-related artwork
If the shells are too big to put in, then perhaps you can put them on the page and then trace them. If you have kids who went to the beach, then maybe they can draw a picture of it. You can find some professional beach related artwork, shrink it down with a computer and place that on it as well.
Put in beach-related embellishments
At stores that sell scrapbooking supplies like Michael’s Arts and Crafts, you will usually find different embellishments with this theme. For instance, they may sell a set that has stickers of beach balls, seagulls, shells, etc. You can scatter these throughout the page or use them to hold up the pictures. You can make your own embellishments by cutting out fabric pieces in the shape of a ball or bird you might see at the beach.
