You will find organic food in all sorts of categories. Think about their likes and put together a gift basket full of fun foods. You may introduce them to something that they really enjoy.
Book on going green
People who are interested in helping the environment might like something to help them do it. You could give them a book that is related to being green. It could be about cleaning in a way that is good for (or at least does not hurt) the environment.
