If you are a morning person, then that might be the best time of day to plan cleaning, work or other activities for which you need motivation. Also think about where places are located. If you need to be driving to two different activities you may be able to save time by doing them in succession. Also, consider the environment. You may not want to plan quiet studying time for when the house is the loudest. Think about other distractions and try to find a time when these are minimal. Also, if something may take longer, then you may want to give a little cushion time at the end.
You also want to make sure to give yourself some free time if at all possible. If you just keep going and going then you are likely to get burned out, and they you may not accomplish any of your goals. You should constantly evaluate your schedule and make adjustments as necessary.
When you are working on one thing you should focus on that and not go back and forth to a million different activities because you may waste time in the transition. However there are some items for which you may be able to multitask such as exercising on an exercise bike and calling a friend.
