Great Bedroom Ideas for Pre Teen or Tween Boys
You want to make a fabulous bedroom for your tween boy. How exactly it will be decorated will depend on your son and his interests. He may enjoy one of the following popular themes for boys of this age.
Harry Potter
If your tween boy enjoys Happy Potter, as many do, then this can make an excellent theme for his bedroom. They make many different home furnishing items with the Happy Potter brand. You can look for curtains and bedding. You can put up posters around the wall. You can put up a plaque and items from the movies such as a wand. You can also decorate the room so that it looks like the wizard’s school.
Space
If your tween boy enjoys space and science, then this can make a great bedroom for him. The walls can be a dark blue with tiny white pinpricks of paint for stars. A lot of tween boys enjoy sports, and this can be a great theme for a room. It is also a theme that can last a while since many teen boys enjoy it as well. The room can look like a sporting event. For instance, if you want it to mimic a basketball court then it can have hardwood floors, a basketball hoop on the wall and walls that look like an audience is cheering on a team. You can make it look like a baseball stadium or a hockey rink. Of course it can also just be a general sports room filled with pictures of sports heroes and sports memorabilia.
