The more staff there is compared to the amount of children, the more personalized attention your child will receive. The daycares can vary wildly in this. There are minimums set forth by the government, but some daycares do much better than that. The more personalized it is, the better.

Daycares can vary greatly in price. Obviously, this is not necessarily something you will want to go cheap on, so if you are paying more for a reason and you can afford it, then that is fine.
