If there is no allergy involved, then nuts can be added as a healthy topping as well. This can be a fun way to make a healthy dessert.
Make a healthy fondue
Instead of serving an entirely unhealthy dessert like a cake or cookie, you can make one that has something healthy as a base. For instance, you can use a big piece of fruit as a base such as a banana or strawberries. Then you can add a little something sweet such as a little whipped cream or chocolate syrup to make a little fondue. Another option would be to have them dip apples into a little bit of caramel. This can make it fun but it would not be too unhealthy since most of it is the fruit. You can also do something like baking apples with a little bit of sugar, cinnamon and other ingredients to make some sort of basked apple dessert.
Add healthy ingredients to desserts like cookies and cake
