Your boy is turning four! Now you want to have a party, but you will have many choices of themes from which to choose. The theme you choose will depend on your child’s preferences among the availability of party theme products. You might want to consider the following popular themes.
Sports theme
If your son likes sports, then there are many wonderful sports-related parties that you can have. You can have a party about one of the particular sports such as football, basketball or baseball. They sell many party supplies related to such sports such as paper goods, decorations, piñatas and more. If he likes a lot of different sports, then you can get different decorations and supplies from all of the different types of sports and just mix them together. You can do sports-related things during the party. For instance, you can have the party at a park and let them play some sports such as a game of baseball, soccer or whatever game he likes. You can also have party games that are related to this such as a pin the tail on the donkey style game that instead has them place a picture of a baseball on a bat or something of that nature. If you want to go more extravagant, you can actually have the party at a professional sporting event. This might work well if you have a sports event that has more reasonable pricing such as a baseball game. You could all go and celebrate the birthday there. Of course, you could do this with any professional sport.

Many boys of this age like Mickey Mouse, and this might make a great theme for his birthday party. Again, they make many different supplies and decorations with the Disney character’s image on it, so you could purchase these. You could also pay someone to dress in a Mickey Mouse costume and do a show for the children. If you want to do something very extravagant and you live anywhere near one of the Disney theme parks in Florida or California, then you could actually take a trip there.
Racecars
Many boys love racecars. This can be the theme. Get the accompanying supplies. You can go with a generic racecars theme or one of the specific ones such as the movie Cars. You can incorporate racecars into your party games. For favors you can give away little cars.
