This is usually only possible with the more casual wedding dresses. If you have a large princess wedding dress you might have difficulty find another occasion on which to wear it. If it is a more simple design such as a simple white sheath you might be able to wear it to another event or dance such as a formal event on a cruise.

Some women might not be as sentimental about material items. They may not have a lot of room to store things and might prefer to see if they could get a little money for their dress.
