Essential Items when Travelling with a Baby
When you go on vacation with a baby, you want to make sure that you are prepared. What exactly you need will depend on the age of your baby and your particular circumstances. It may include the following:
Diaper changing supplies
Do not forget to bring the diapers, wipes, diaper cream, diaper changing pad and everything you need to change diapers.
Medical needs
You want to come prepared with items you might need for medical care. You should bring a thermometer. Bring medications so that you do not have to run out in the middle of the night in a place you are unfamiliar with to get medication. You might also want other toiletries such as nail clippers, a small comb and a suction bulb.
Food (if necessary)
If your baby is old enough to eat food, then you might want to bring your own. You might not be able to get his or her favorite types on your trip. This can also help to keep your child busy during the actual traveling.
You will also need whatever else you use to feed the baby such as little spoons, bibs, burp clothes, bottles, etc.
Stroller

You will want a portable crib to bring with you. They make many different versions and most fold for convenience.
Seat

Toys
You want your baby to stay busy. Bring some of his or her favorite toys.
