Showcasing your company’s environmental awareness can impress your clients and garner you business. One way to show this is to use promotional gifts.
Give away something that is made of recycled materials
You can show your commitment to going green by getting a promotional gift that is environmentally friendly. One way to do this is to get something that is made of recycled products. For instance, you could get a notepad that is made of recycled paper. You could get pencils made out of recycled materials. You will find many different choices of products that would work well as promotional gifts for different price points. Make sure that the product clearly states that it is made from recycled items or include this information in a note card, sticker or another way.
Give away something that is natural or made with green means
The promotional gift can show the company’s environmental awareness even if it is not made of recycled materials. For instance, you could give away something that is organic such as a t-shirt made of organic cotton. You can get something all natural such as a candle. Sometimes it is about making sure that it is not something made of a material that is bad for the environment such as plastic. Again make sure that you point out these green characteristics so that your clients understand your commitment to the environment.
Write out facts about your company’s environmental causes on a promotional gift
You can print out the measures that your company is taking on a promotional gift. For instance, if you are giving away address books, then on the back you can have a paragraph explaining how you have contributed to environmental causes, gone on beach cleanups, reduced packaging in your products, etc. You can print this information on any one of a number of promotional gifts as long as there is room.
You could also give out a promotional gift that has an environmental message on it. For instance, you could give out pencils that say “Recycle!” and have your company name on it.
Give promotional gifts that allow people to be green themselves
You can show your awareness of environmental causes by helping others be green as well. For instance, you could give away little containers that they could put in items to be recycled.
When your clients and customers think that you have a great environmental awareness, then they may be more positive to your company as a whole.
