Items to Carry in your Purse during your Wedding

Many brides choose to carry a small purse or clutch during their wedding. This can carry some essential items that may be of use during the special event. You may want to include the following items:
Safety pins
You do not want to have a wardrobe malfunction on your wedding day. If one does happen, you want to be able to take care of it right away. A safety pin can aid in this.
Mirror
You want to be able to see what you look like to see if any touchups are necessary. Bring a small mirror to accomplish this.
Stain remover
There are some stain removers that can work immediately. These may be able to help if you spill something on yourself.
Hair Clips
You hair style might not hold up to all of the dancing you are doing at your wedding. You do not want your tiara or veil falling off in the middle of your special day. A hair clip or bobby pin can keep everything where it needs to be.
Headache or other medicine
A wedding is a wonderful event but it can also be stressful. If the stress of everything gives you a headache, you want to have medication at your hand that you can take to get relief. Depending on other conditions you commonly get you might also want to have medication to settle a sour stomach or allergy medication. You should also carry some Band-aids so that if you get a little cut or blister you can protect it.
Makeup
You can carry a little makeup in your purse for touchups. You might especially want a little lipstick since that usually wears off as the night goes on and is easily replaced.
The basics
It is up to you as to whether to carry the basics you normally carry such as your wallet, ID, money, credit cards and cell phone. Some women feel uncomfortable not having these items at all times, thus you can carry them if you so choose.
Camera
Some women may want to bring their own cameras, regardless of whether they have a photographer. You may want to be able to take a picture of the event from your point of view and be able to record any special moment you see. Of course don’t spend too much time taking pictures!
There are many different items you can carry in your purse. Most women only carry a very small purse for their weddings, so you will have to decide what is absolutely necessary. Make sure that it is stored with someone or put in a safe place during the wedding so that you do not need to worry about it.
