The more aware you are, the more you will impress others. You will be less likely to make mistakes. Some people want to just rush right into their work. They may want to produce so quickly that they do not take the time to make sure that they are producing the right things.
Letting yourself get overwhelmed
Of course a new job can be overwhelming. Try to avoid letting it bother you so much that you get flustered and your work or behavior shows it. Things usually get better if you give it time.
