It is used for children and adults for a variety of conditions. It relaxes the smooth muscle of the airway so that air can enter and leave the lungs easier, providing for easier breathing. It is administered in an inhaler. Although this drug can be very helpful, it is not without side effects. These can range greatly from individual to individual and include the following.
Dizziness
Some people find that Proventil HFA causes them to feel dizzy. It is recommended that you wait to drive or perform other tasks that would be dangerous with dizziness until you can evaluate your reaction. If you imbibe alcohol or take certain medications, this effect can increase.
Breathing problems
