You want a fitting castle for your little princess, or in other words, an absolutely adorable bedroom. There are different ways that you can choose to decorate your little girl’s realm, and with creativity and effort you can make the room of her dreams.
Princesses
If you truly think of your little baby girl as your little princess, then this can be the theme for her bedroom. You can paint the walls a fitting pastel pink. You can get wallpaper that has images of princess, or you can paint in some pictures. They also sell “stick-ons” of the Disney Princesses. They make beautiful canopies to hang in rooms that have pink netting and fake flowers flowing down. You can get wall art of princess such as prints of the Disney princesses or actual paintings of fictional ones. Because this is such a popular theme for a baby girl’s room, you can find many products to incorporate into your bedroom décor such as a little princess table, a princess lamp, etc. You can even put a little chandelier hanging from the ceiling.
Butterflies
Butterflies are sweet like your little baby girl and can make a nice theme for your baby’s room. One idea to add this theme is to take some wallpaper border and put it horizontally all around the middle of the room’s walls. Above it you can paint one color and below it another to add a pretty style to your baby’s room. You can get bedding with butterflies on them as well as dolls. In addition, they sell pretty butterflies to hang from the ceiling.
Forest/flowers
Your little baby girl can live in a beautiful forest, or at least it can look like one. You can start with the walls a sky blue and then paint a mural of trees and flowers everywhere. You can accentuate with fake flowers. Some furniture sets for little baby girls have flowers incorporated into them or you can paint these as well. You might find pieces at craft fairs that will fit in nicely.
Fairies
Your little girl might love fairies as she grows. You can get tiny dolls of fairies to line along the walls. You can get wall art like posters as well. You can find crib bedding and other linens with this theme.
There are many other ways to decorate your baby girl’s room. Some will choose a general animal theme. Others will do a favorite character such as Winnie the Pooh or Minnie Mouse. You can find many products at stores like Babies R Us to put together complete looks.
