Who doesn’t want to fit perfectly into a beautiful wedding dress? Consider the following tips to help you get into the shape you desire for your special day.
Motivation
First you want to make sure you have the motivation. You can put up a picture of the wedding dress or hang up the dress itself so that you can see it. Think about what you want to achieve. Make a specific goal weight.
Make a plan
Now you want to make a healthy eating plan. Getting fit does not mean that you should starve yourself to become a weight that is not achievable for you. Instead you should eat healthy foods in moderation. Switch to fruits and vegetables. As much as possible limit unhealthy foods from your diet such as fried foods and sweets.

You can simply cut out unhealthy foods and eat healthier, or you can follow a diet. If you do start a diet it should not be a fad. Don’t take pills that promise weight loss, because they do not work and can even be dangerous for your health. Instead you should plan a calorie count that is reasonable for your height and weight.
Don’t overeat; stop eating when you’re about 80 percent full. Also try to avoid eating at restaurants, since this can make you gain weight very quickly. If you do go to a restaurant, be sure to choose from the healthy section and take home what you do not eat.
Other tips
Use smaller plates. Also, if you like to snack, keep healthy options on hand like carrots and celery sticks.
Increase your physical activity by starting a daily exercise program. Try to get in at least 30 minutes of cardio, which includes exercise where you keep your heart rate up for a prolonged amount of time. Aerobics, jogging and swimming laps are all good options.
Try to be more physically active in general. Walk or ride your bike instead of driving. Go on a hike. Spend less time in front of the television and more time moving around. Park farther away from your destination to incorporate walking time in your day.
