If you go to a craft fair at the very beginning, you will often find the best wares. A great piece will get snapped up first, so by going early, you might have a better chance of getting a better item. On the other hand, sometimes people really want to get rid of some items at the end of a craft fair. They might not want to take everything back with them or might just want to get some sales in.
