Many people like to eat something light and sweet for breakfast, and many people consider apples such a food. In addition to an apple, there are many other types of fruits you can have for breakfast that are both good for your brain and your weight loss plans. A potassium-rich banana is extremely healthy and very sweet. These, of course, come in different flavors to suit different people. You can also make your own parfait by adding granola and fruit to it.
