You might lose weight rapidly, but it is not good for your body and in all likelihood the weight will come right back on because you are unlikely to be able to sustain it. First, you might want to put in a lot of small meals into your day. Many people find that this helps keep them satiated better. Your plan shouldn’t be to skip breakfast and lunch and then have a huge dinner. By keeping track you are more likely to follow through.
