Christmas Gift Ideas for Dad under 10

Your dad has probably done quite a bit for you throughout the years. You may however be under a strict budget for your 2010 Christmas shopping list and only have $10 to spend on him. You can still get him an amazing gift, however, if you take the time to think of something special.
Photo album
Many dads love to see pictures of their children as they are growing up. You can purchase an inexpensive album. You will often find ones for very reasonable at places like Ross. You can then fill it with photos. If you want it to be more personalized, then you can write in something special next to each photo such as what you remember about the time. He might love to have this out on his desk so that he can see it and show his coworkers. Alternatively you can get him a photo in a frame for his wall.

A lot of dads love sports. He may have been your coach when you were a child, and now he might want to wear something that is related to his favorite team. You can often find shirts that are within this budget. Also, they make hats such as baseball caps that are within this price range as well.
Cook his something
Your father might like something yummy to eat. Making him something also shows effort on your part. For instance, if your father loves fudge, then you can make him some that he can slowly eat and enjoy. You can bake him cookies. Think about what his favorite foods are. You might even be able to make him an entire meal!
Collage
Your father might like a homemade collage. This can be a great project for a child. You can take a picture of the father and put it in the middle. Around it the child can put in poems, magazine cut-outs related to his father, and whatever else he or she wants. This can make a nice homemade budget easily within the budget.
Wallet
Your father might like a nice new wallet, and you can find an inexpensive one. Make sure that it is large enough for his needs.
Plant
Your father might like a nice plant for his office. You can get him an African Violet, for instance, or a cactus that is very easy to care for.
