Gift wrap can be a wonderful tool for making Christmas crafts. The following ideas may work for children or adults.
Christmas tree ornaments
You can use pretty gift wrap to make unique ornaments for your Christmas tree. You can take a Styrofoam ball or a small box and wrap it in wrapping paper. You can then glue or tape a piece of string on it so that you can hang it. You can essentially wrap anything you want to hang on the tree. You can also take cardboard and cut it into shapes and then use the wrap to cover it up for you Christmas tree ornaments.
Christmas picture frame
If you want to take a plain frame and jazz it up for the holiday, then Christmas gift wrap can be a great way to do this. You can buy plain wooden frames from many craft stores. You can then take the gift wrap of your choice and glue it over the wood all around. You can then put in a picture of everyone enjoying the holiday. This can make a great gift for grandparents and other relatives.
Christmas pencils
A very quick and easy craft is to take a little gift wrap and roll it over a pencil or a pen. You can then tape or glue it together. This can be something simple for a child.
Clothing for paper dolls
One nice craft would be to use the wrapping paper to make some outfits for paper dolls. You may want to find an extremely thick gift wrap.
