Unique Nursery Themes for Baby Girls
There are many unique nursery themes that you can choose for your baby girl. What you choose will depend on your likes, but try to also pick something out that you think she will love as she grows. Consider the following ideas.
Fairies in the sky
Your little girl might love to feel like she is a fairy in the sky. You can paint the walls a sky blue with puffy white clouds. You can then paint in or put up picture or stickers of fairies flying through the air. You can add embellishments to the walls such as fairy wings. You can add something to the ceiling such as a fabric rainbow. You can buy canopies with gauze. You can also purchase many bedroom products related to fairies such as bedding, lamps, window curtains and more. You can get dolls and figures of fairies to line the bed, dresser and walls.
Forest
You can make your child feel like she is living in a forest wonderland. You can paint (or hire someone to paint) a beautiful forest scene. You can also use fabric or other art materials to make it seem like a tree is literally coming out from the walls. You can use stuffed animals to look like little furry animals in her forest. You can place in real or fake flowers everywhere. You can also get linens to represent this theme as well.
Castle
Many parents feel that their baby girl is a princess, and every princess needs a palace. You can decorate the walls like it is a grand room in a palace and even make a “throne” that she will be able to use in the future. Fabric canopies can give this look. If you decide to put a twin bed in the room in preparation for when she is older, you can even buy one that looks like Cinderella’s carriage. You can have images of princesses and princes on the walls in paints, artwork, stick-ons or more. You can also buy a large “mural” that you just place on the wall or get wallpaper of this theme.
You want your baby girl to have a beautiful nursery in which to grow. Other themes that might work for your baby girl’s nursery include a rainbow themed room in which there are rainbows everywhere or a playground themed room with a slide. Those or the above unique ideas may be perfect for your little princess.
