Women may face a number of medical issues while traveling. It is smart for a women to bring a small first aid kit containing items that she may need while traveling. This may include bandages, antibiotic ointments, and general medications. If she has any particular medical issues such as allergies, she should bring medication for that as well.
A woman may also want to bring some essentials to help with health or safety issues that could arise while traveling. She should bring a cell phone if possible so that she can call for help. Depending on where she is traveling she may want some extra medical insurance as well.
