: Places to Find Money at Home
:
(413 Words)
Are you on the hunt for some money? Why not look in your own home? Different people have habits that might lead them to find money in certain places in their very own homes. Consider the following locations when looking for some easy funds.
Between the couch cushions
Those couch cushions may be hiding a lucrative secret. When you were sitting on it in the past, change or money might have fallen out of your pocket and in between the seats. You should take off the cushions completely if they are removable because the money may have gotten further wedged underneath. You may find loose change or you may get lucky and even find some dollar bills.
Laundry room/washer/dryer
Sometimes you can get paid to do the laundry! You may have had money in pockets of clothing, found them when you were about to do the laundry, and then left them in the laundry room only to forget about them. Also, you should look in your actual machines. You may have left the money in your clothing and they may have fallen out at some point while you were actually washing or drying them.
Closet/coat pockets
A lot of people do not wash their coats or jackets on a regular basis. You should check the pockets of any such garments. You might have put some money in there and then forgotten about it. Some people also do not wash their pants after every use, and you can check there if that is the case. Also, if you have changed wallets or purses in the past and have not fully cleaned out the old one, then money could be hiding in there as well.
Hiding places
Think about whether you have or had any hiding places for money on the past. For instance, some people hide money in between their mattress and the box spring. Others might hide it in a hollowed out book. Also, look around any areas that you keep money. If you always keep it on your dresser, for instance, then look behind it because it might have fallen there. You can also just look around the house and general areas that objects can get trapped such as under furniture, behind refrigerators, under rugs, etc.
There are many places where you might potentially find money at home. You should remember to check these places often because money could always hide in one of them as you are living your everyday life.
