You have had some great vacations and now you want to showcase them in a scrapbook page. There are different things that you can include in such a page, including the following.
Photographs of your vacation
What better way to remember your vacations than to look at pictures of them? You can place in one big picture from a special vacation such as your honeymoon. You can make the page about one particular vacation like a cruise and thus put in a lot of pictures from that time. Alternatively you can make a generic page that has pictures from a variety of trips. You can arrange these neatly in rows or you can make them more artistic with some of them rotated and in all different shapes and sizes.
Place in mementos from your vacations
You can use your scrapbook page as a place to showcase some items you got from your vacation. For instance, if you went on a cruise, then you can include a program from a show or a menu from one of the dinners. You could put in the identification card that you got. You could also put in little souvenirs. If you picked up a small shell from a beach during your vacation then you can glue that into the page.
Place in a vacation journal
If you really want to remember your vacation, then you can make a journal and place those into your scrapbook page. You can put them in as a booklet or you can separate the pages so that you can read all about your travels. You can also put in special quotes from your vacation, such as something a waiter said to you while you were dining in a fine restaurant in Italy. You can also write out special things from your vacations such as the names of the cities that you visited.
Make your vacation scrapbook page attractive
You want your scrapbook page to not only have memorable items but to look pretty as well. You can start with a nice background. It can be plain paper or something fitting. For instance, you can get paper with small pictures of ships if you went on a cruise. You can mount the photographs in a variety of ways such as having stickers to both keep them up and look pretty. You can use other stickers such as those of the sun if your vacation was at a beach. You can add ribbons, beads, sequins, glitter, etc. that you get in a vacation theme.
